It is a cute little ranch. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, 1 car detached garage and a full basement. The basement has a finished family room and guest room. It also has two work room areas, a laundry area, and a storage type room that we are planning into another full bath in the spring. The yard is fenced, and it has a back patio with an awning to cover it.
I'm sooooo very excited about it. This is the 3rd house we bid on, it took until the 3rd counter offer for them to accept, we have 3 kids and have been looking heavily for a house for 3 months....I think we like the number 3...hahaha.

Congratulations! I'm so happy for you guys!! Is this one in Carlisle too? We've been looking for a while but not too hard since we have some work to do to ours. We need a yard...well, a couple acres really. The boys (including my fiance) need their space.

Yes, painting over the paneling is easy enough. What I noticed is all the OUTLETS! Once again... jealous. :)
