In our house this is known as "Mommy's blanket of love"
It's a quilt my Mom made for me many years ago.
It's made of fabric from my great-grandmother's house
When the kids feel bad or have a nightmare they wrap up in this so they feel Mommy's love surrounding them.
CS decided she wanted to sleep on our bed one night.
I was downstairs crafting and she snuck into our room and wrapped herself in the blanket.
Then promptly fell asleep.
